                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 502
                   HAMILTON AVENUE, BEING ON THE SOUTHEAST LINE OF
                   HAMILTON AVENUE NORTHWEST OF WOODLAND AVENUE,
                   FROM R-2 RESIDENTIAL ZONE TO R-4 SPECIAL ZONE,
                   SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
               
                The west 150 feet of lot 1, and the south 9 feet of
                the west 150 feet of lot 2, block C, Frazier and
                Colville's Addition to Hill City, as shown by plat
                of record in plat book 4, page 28, ROHC; being the
                property described in deed book 4606, page 385,
                ROHC.  Tax Map No. 135D-P-21.
               
               
         from R-2 Residential Zone to R-4 Special Zone.
        
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning 

         shall be subject to the following conditions:
        
              1.   Use as an office only.
        
              2.   All existing easements are retained.
        
        
              	   SECTION 3.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         required by law.
